From Tuesday 20Th October 2009 Ultimate fitness centre is hosting 2 more weekly classes for its fighters.
Dynamic Stretching / Agility and Reaction Training.
These classes take a scientific approach to increasing fighters flexibility and reaction in both MMA and BJJ.
Classes will be taught by Paul Fellows (Renegade Strength) One of the ultimate fitness centre's strength and conditioning coaches.
This class is not to be missed..
Classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday from 8pm till 915pm.
