Head instructor of the EK BJJ Association returned this weekend after teaching a seminar / focus group with our team in rotherham yorkshire.
The seminar was 3 hrs long and was focused on americana's and counters.
EK wishes to thank all who attended and will see you all again soon.
At the end of the seminar the following promotions were made.
Instructor mark (Monkey) Bottom 2 stripes.
Assistant instructor- John Keeley- two stripes
Mark ellis (coach) purple belt
Simon -Blue belt
EK was pleased with the progress of the school and the jiu jitsu .
