Eddie Kone and the Eddie Kone Brazilian jiu jitsu Association are very pleased to present a clip from our fourth coming Brazilian jiu jitsu Insrtuctional's (EKBJJ Concept,s & Common Misconceptions) which will be available online very soon or throughout our Association.
The 1st DVDs will cover the (5)basic positions including
The Mount
Cross body
Half guard
Back Mount and Closed Guard.
The DVD will emphasize a lot on Common mistakes , Common Misconceptions ,Early posture, Recovering from positions of disadvantage and Self Defence Specifically designed with Beginner /white and blue belt,s in mind .
The DVD,s will also feature Instructors from all EKBJJ Academy's.
This clip has not yet been graded but will give an idea and insight into The DVD.
