NEW MIXED MARTIAL ARTS GYM OPENS IN NORTH LONDON
The Ultimate Fitness Centre is a new and exciting mixed martial arts gym offering the best and latest training methods in mixed martial arts. Sponsored by Rockstar Energy Drinks, it caters for both beginners and the advanced; men, women and all ages are welcome.
It will enjoy a special media opening on Thursday, 23rd April, 1-3pm. The Ultimate Fitness Centre is the brainchild of business man and MMA fan James O'Keefe, and Eddie Kone, Europe's only Gracie jiu jitsu black belt under Royler Gracie.
Mixed martial arts is the fastest growing sport in the world today, promoting an active, healthier lifestyle whilst encouraging discipline through training and learning new skills. The Ultimate Fitness Centre seeks to encourage harmony and to develop strong links with the north London community, particularly young people in the area and as such is perfectly positioned in the heart of Tottenham. Both Eddie and James believe passionately in providing a place where young people can go and channel their energies and learn a new and exciting discipline.

Royce Gracie who will be in attendance at the opening.

The Ultimate Fitness Centre boasts a fully equipped fitness and weights area, a fully matted jiu-jitsu and wrestling studio; a 15ft mixed martial arts cage, a juice bar, relaxation area and male/female showers and saunas. Classes will include Gracie jiu-jitsu, Thai-boxing, shoot boxing, kettlebells and much more to be added. It will also feature fitness and nutrition consultant to offer advice and programme’s to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Those using the gym will have the option of full membership or a pay-as-you-go-system. In addition, there will be special discounted rates for under16's and students

The Ultimate Fitness Centre will also encourage more advanced members to train to competition level; the gym already boasts the professional fight team, 'Bloodline', mentored and trained by Eddie Kone
Celebrities in attendance at the launch will include the multi award-winning singer/songwriter Beverley Knight,
award-winning film directors and MMA fans the Shammiasian Brothers, various martial arts competitors, and rising
hip-hop artist, MMA fan and local hero Chipmunk.
